I’m here to offer support as you navigate the challenges that come with having DACA, being undocumented, being a child of immigrants, or being a first-generation college student. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space to talk about the unique struggles you may be facing. Together, we’ll explore things like stress management, anxiety, depression, self-care, and more. My goal is to help equip you with tools and insights that make a real difference.
I provide therapy for anyone navigating life’s challenges, whether it’s processing trauma, managing anxiety or depression, coping with stress, balancing college or work, parenthood or healing from difficult experiences like domestic violence. Every session is personalized to your story, offering support, guidance, and tools to help you feel more resilient, grounded, and understood.
As a Spanish native speaker, I also provide services in Spanish. I am fully fluent, and I provide a safe space where you can come and speak the language you are comfortable with.
I’m excited to offer a space where we can talk about mental health and wellness in a way that feels supportive and engaging. I’m available to speak at small groups, schools, colleges, private events, or company workshops. Some topics I can cover include overcoming imposter syndrome, setting healthy boundaries that help you do your best work, the importance of mental health in the first-gen/Latine community, and managing burnout. I’d love to chat about your ideas or needs for your event or group, and I’m happy to schedule a time to connect
